Third Party Administration (TPA)

We perform audits in accordance with industry expectations, ensuring that both statutory and regulatory requirements are being adhered to and that the necessary licences are retained. The processes undertaken when testing, identify if minimum standards are being met in relation to the contract and/or Service Level Agreement.

We ensure that claims reviewed as part of the audit are administered in accordance with the contract in place, with an emphasis on the control and monitoring of service standards, including but not limited to measuring of any surge or catastrophic event(s).
